Website data handling
This deployment draft documents the current contact-form behavior. The production operator must add reviewed legal and operational details before enabling public submissions.
Technical draft updated: July 15, 2026
Production status
The organization that deploys this site must add its legal name and address, confirmed service-provider and transfer details, a retention schedule, applicable legal bases, and jurisdiction-specific rights information before enabling the contact form on a public domain.
Scope
This page describes the current technical behavior of the public Jonex website contact form and direct contact address. It does not describe the data practices of a separately deployed Jonex product environment operated by a customer.
Information handled
The form sends the name, work email, company, discussion topic, message, and privacy-notice version you provide. The contact service records request identifiers, route, method, status, duration, and limited delivery error codes without logging form contents. Host or edge infrastructure may also process network and security log data according to its production configuration.
Intended use
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to the request, coordinate a relevant follow-up, protect the form from abuse, and operate the delivery service.
Retention
The form does not create a database record; it delivers the inquiry by email. The production operator must define and publish the retention period applied to the receiving mailbox, backups, and infrastructure logs.
Your choices
You may contact the address below to ask about an inquiry or the production operator's handling of it. Available rights and response procedures depend on the applicable jurisdiction and must be confirmed in the reviewed production notice.
